Terms of Service

1. The service

Extractor API ("the service") fetches publicly accessible web pages you specify and returns machine-readable structured data. The service is provided by the operator of this site ("we").

2. Credits and payment

• Access is metered in credits. One credit is consumed per successfully extracted URL; failed fetches are refunded automatically within the same request.
• Credits are purchased as one-time packs via Stripe. Credits do not expire and are non-transferable.
• Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase on request; consumed credits are not.

3. Acceptable use

• You may only submit URLs of pages you have the right to access and extract. You are responsible for complying with the target site's terms and applicable law (including copyright and data-protection law) for any content you extract.
• Do not use the service to collect personal data unlawfully, to circumvent paywalls or access controls, or to target sites that prohibit automated access where that prohibition applies to you.
• We may suspend keys used for abuse, illegal activity, or attempts to probe internal networks.

4. API keys

Your API key is shown once and stored by us only as a cryptographic hash. Keep it secret; requests made with your key are your responsibility. Contact us to rotate a compromised key.

5. Availability and warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Extraction output is AI-generated and may contain errors; verify it before relying on it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
