Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your email address, credit balance, and a hash of your API key. We never store the key itself.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive your email and the pack purchased; we never see card numbers.
• Usage data: the URLs you submit, per-URL success/failure status, and extraction results, retained to operate metering, debugging, and abuse prevention.
• Server logs: standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, endpoint) retained for a limited period for security and reliability.

How we use it

To provide the service, meter credits, deliver your API key by email, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Third parties

• Stripe processes payments (their policy).
• Anthropic processes fetched page text to produce structured output (their policy).
• A transactional email provider delivers your API key email.

Retention and deletion

Account and usage data are retained while your account is active. Email support@mentalpros.org to request deletion of your account and associated data; we will comply within 30 days except where retention is legally required (e.g. payment records).
